The size band is the line that grows.
Standard starts at $170. The booking form counts bedrooms and baths but not rooms by name, so no receipt line is the whole house's own. What grows with a bigger home is the size band you pick, no charge for Cozy to $90 for Luxury. The line is the same on every tier.
