Five inputs, one flat price. All in.

Supplies, travel and the cleaner's time are inside the price. Sales tax is added at checkout, and a tip is optional. Every guide on this page is worked out by the same function checkout charges with.

    The published checklist you book, and the base price that follows it: $170 to $330 across Standard, Deep, Move and Dream Home.

    Rooms

    Bedrooms add $20 to $95 and bathrooms $25 to $100, half-baths included, each a published rung.

  3. 03

    Size

    Four square-footage bands add from nothing for the base band to $90.

  4. 04

    Add-ons

    Only what you choose: 10 extras from $20 to $60, each priced on screen before you confirm.

  5. 05

    Plan

    A weekly, every-two-weeks or every-four-weeks plan takes 5% to 15% off every visit. One-time is full rate.
