Radiators & plaster

No central air
Window units, ceiling fans, and box fans move dust in patterns central air never does. We wipe unit housings and filters, detail fan blades top-down, and catch the grime where the airflow actually goes.

Stoop, vestibule & brick
The marble stoop, the vestibule tile, and interior exposed brick are the first and last things anyone sees. Inside the door we wipe the handles and switches, sweep and mop the vestibule floor, and soft-brush brick dust without driving it into the mortar.

Changing plans
Rescheduling is free. For a cancellation, what it costs depends on notice: more than 48 hours, no cancellation fee and the authorization hold on your card is released; between 24 and 48 hours, a $75 fee to the card on file; less than 24 hours, 50% of the total original booking value.
